Why must some ppl be inconsiderate and just plain ghetto?...what is the point of hanging out in front of other ppl's apartments and talking loud and letting ur kids beat on ppl's doors? as hot as it is outside why aren't u inside ur apartment with the AC on?...honestly is it hard for ppl to be considerate of others?...Has consideration and manners died along with men being chivalrous or a man being a gentleman?
